I was trying so hard all the time to be perfect that I was exhausted and completely lost who I was.

I was afraid all the time.
Afraid I wouldn’t fit in. Afraid of rejection. Afraid of what others would think.

Afraid of being a fool. Afraid of trying something new. Afraid of failing.

I thought in order to be worthy of love and success, I had to be a perfect, pleasant, fun, super-intelligent, never-angry, never-sad, and especially a ‘never-difficult’ woman.

A woman who was not me. A woman who was fake, inauthentic, and had no passion for life. A woman I didn’t love, (so why would anyone else?)

So - I decided to try something completely new.

I started doodling. Every day I looked for the humour, the silly and how my life would look if I was that “wild & crazy” me.

By doodling every day I activated my senses, my curiosity, my inner child, and my creativity. I started becoming aware of who I am in my essence. I began building new habits, new feeling patterns, and new positive neuropathways in my brain.

I had immediate results.

The most significant result was the way I felt and thought about myself.

This shift in me changed all of my relationships and the way I view the world.

I stopped trying to be perfect, chasing, being needy, putting all of my focus on others and began following my passions and dreams.

I got out of my brain and into my senses. I started feeling.

I found my inner child, my curiosity, and my passion for life.

I started creating the life I wanted. It is amazing!

I know, without a doubt, that if I can shift my habits, my ways of thinking and feeling (or not feeling, is more the truth of the matter) so can you.

And I can help you along the way.

By doodling and activating your creativity, curiosity and by learning a few simple drawing techniques, you can experience huge changes in all areas of your life.

I invite you to become a child for a few moments of doodling every day.

Remember the sense of awe you had when you were two?

Creativity promotes well-being.

It enlivens your thinking and nourishes the heart.

Do you want to feel inspired, alive, balanced and excited about life?

Doodling is just what you need.
